MEP Southeast, LLC is a professional engineering firm specializing in MEP systems and building envelope commissioning for all types of buildings. We also provide LEED consulting, retro-commissioning, HVAC TAB, and air barrier testing services to our many clients. MEP Southeast has provided MEP engineering services since 1996, and we have completed approximately 650 projects in the southeastern United States. We are now focused on providing MEP commissioning services for military, federal, commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects throughout the country.
All of our commissioning services are lead by a professional engineer with an active registration in Architectural Engineering. This registration includes building construction, construction management, mechanical/HVAC systems, plumbing and fire protection systems, and electrical and lighting systems. Our lead commissioning engineer is also a LEED Accredited Professional (AP), a Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP) through ASHRAE, and a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) through ACG.
